Sligo, Ireland is going butt litter free with No BuTTs Personal Ashtrays and Wall & Post-mounted Ashtrays
Sligo City is the capital of the north-western region of Ireland.

Sligo town has a population of 18,000 and is the second city of the province of Connaught.

A place of strategic importance in antiquty, the town achieved prominence in 1245 when it became the residence of the Earl of Kildare, Maurice Fitzgerald.

The County of Sligo is the 16th largest county in the country. It is bordered by Leitrim, Roscommon and Mayo to the north, east and south/south west respectively,
and by the Atlantic Ocean to the west.

It's not hard to see why Eco-Pole Ashtrays are now the world's best selling Wall & Post-mounted Ashtrays.
"We're very pleased to be able to welcome Sligo Borough Council and their Sligo Tidy Towns Campaign to No BuTTs." said No BuTTs Managing Director, Jack Jacobson.

"It's great to know that across Sligo, literally 10s of 1,000s of cigarette butts will now NOT end up as litter as their citizens discover how easy it is to do the right thing with their butts."

"All over the world, Government Departments are adopting No BuTTs Personal Ashtrays as the focus of their own butt litter reduction campaigns and programs, and that's because No BuTTs Personal Ashtrays instantly eliminate cigarette butt littering wherever that smoker may go."

"Research shows that over 95% of smokers that discover and begin using a Personal Ashtray change their littering habits forever – even when they might not have access to their PA, or have left it at home – or as in many cases happens, it's been pinched by someone they know."

"They get used to doing the right thing – and they like doing it."

"We are delighted with No BuTTs products," said a Sligo Borough Council Spokesperson, "and we'll be promoting them to other similar organisations within Ireland."

No BuTTs Personal Ashtrays printed with logo, campaign slogan, website or phone number also make an excellent eco-friendly and image positive item that will be seen, used and appreciated - and help protect the environment - long after the user has received it.
