Harbour Town Shopping Centres switches to No BuTTs Eco-Pole AshtraysHarbour Town Shopping Centre, Melbourne Dockland's newest shopping precinct is installing No BuTTs Eco-Pole Wall & Post-mounted Ashtrays and Eco-Pole Freestanding & Bollard Smokers Poles.

Project 21 Landscaping, Harbour Town's maintenance contractors confirmed their initial order for fifteen Eco-Pole Ashtrays for outdoors, combining both versions of No BuTTs Eco-Pole Ashtrays and Smokers Poles.

Project 21 Landscaping is the latest Property Maintenance contractor to switch to No BuTTs Eco-Pole Ashtrays for outdoors.
"As Harbour Town nears completion of its final section it's critical for us as maintenance providers to ensure that our customers are able to do the right thing with their butts, because we all know what happens if they can't." said Project 21 Landscaping's Genereal Manager Trevor Stanley.

"Our ashtrays and Smokers Poles need to be attractive so as to enhance Harbour Town's appearance and they need to be easy to use. Equally as important, our ashtrays also need to be easy to service and empty - and that's why we chose No BuTTs Eco-Pole Ashtrays. When we compared the Eco-Pole Ashtrays to other products it was an easy choice."

Harbour Town operates four shopping precincts across Australia, in Adelaide, Perth Melbourne and the Gold Coast. They are the recipients of Harbour Town Shopping Centre goes butt litter free with No BuTTs Eco-Pole Ashtraysmutliple Property Council of Australia awards, including Presentation Excellence Awards, Award for Marketing Excellence and also
Winner, Property Council of Australia Environmental Excellence Award.

"We are delighted that Harbour Town's maintenance contractors have selected our range of Eco-Pole Ashtrays And Smokers Poles for their fantastic new development at Docklands." said Jack Jacobson, No BuTTs Managing Director.

"No BuTTs Eco-Pole Ashtrays and Smokers Poles are the most intelligently designed and aesthetically attractive outdoor stainless steel Wall/Post-mounted and Freestanding/Bollard Ashtrays available, and the simple one-step emptying process makes life very easy for the service personnel that maintain them."

"That's why Eco-Pole Ashtrays are now the best selling Wall / Post-mounted and Freestanding / Bollard Smokers Poles in Australia - by far." said Jack.. "In every case where customers have compared our Eco-Pole Ashtrays to other products available, they choose No BuTTs Eco-Pole Ashtrays because they are a vastly superior product and that includes the price as well."

"In fact our Eco-Pole Ashtrays for outdoors smoking areas or Designated Smoking Zones are in most cases cheaper than other products, none of which offer anywhere near the features and intelligent design of Eco-Pole Ashtrays and Smokers Poles."

It's easy to see why Eco-Pole Ashtrays are the world's best selling Wall & Post-mounted Ashtrays
Apart from installations at new property developments, an increasing number of No BuTTs clients are upgrading their existing ashtray infrastructure to No BuTTs Eco-Pole Ashtrays and Smokers Poles.

"A common problem with virtually all other fixed ashtrays for outdoors is that because they have large openings, they allow people to use them as rubbish bins for papers, food wrappers and tissues - and even worse, syringes. " said Jack.

"This causes enormous hassles and safety issues for property managers because when you add paper waste to cigarette butts, what you usually get is a fire, or at the very least a disgusting smelly smouldering that can last for hours - and requires water to be poured into the ashtray to extinguish the burning."

"These problems simply can't happen with No BuTTs Eco-Pole Ashtrays because Eco-Poles have small 'butts-only' entry points that completely prevent paper waste being placed into our ashtrays - and this is actually one of the most popular features that our clients tell us they considered when ordering their Eco-Poles." said Jack.

Eco-Pole Freestanding Bollard Ashtray"The Melbourne Fire Brigade is called out to extinguish fires in over 50 fixed ashtrays a week and that is just in the CBD, so it's a huge and common problem but we have never had even a single report of an Eco-Pole Ashtray smouldering, or worse igniting. It never happens."

"When you also consider that the MFB and literally 100s more Fire Departments around the world now charge a fee of between $280 to over $1,000 for the requirement to divert their important resources to putting out ashtray fires that should never have occurred in the first place, it's obvious why property managers everywhere are upgrading their old and obselete ashtrays to No BuTTs Eco-Pole Ashtrays and Smokers Poles."

"Additionally, maintenance staff should never have to risk an encounter with a used syringe when emptying ashtrays, and with No BuTTs Eco-Pole Ashtrays and Smokers Poles they never are because our units are all sharps proof. The only things that can be placed into Eco-Pole Ashtrays and Smokers Poles are cigarette butts, and that's the way it should be."

"Another advantage of the small 'butts-only' entry points on Eco-Pole Ashtrays is that they also render the Eco-Poles sharps-proof and this is a critical issue for the health and safety of not only patrons and ashtray users, but also the maintenance staff that service them." said Trevor Stanley of Project 21 Landscaping.

"For every reason we could think of, No BuTTs Eco-Pole Ashtrays were the clear choice and that's why we have selected this outstanding product."

Over 30 retail shopping facilities every month are installing No BuTTs award winning range of Eco-Pole Wall/Post-mounted Ashtrays and Eco-Pole Freestanding/Bollard Ashtrays.
